As a Realtor, Lucia Brzezinski is very passionate. Born and raised into her family's construction

company, she's been exposed to many aspects of real estate. She has strong knowledge about

the qualities and characteristics of homes. She enjoys looking at every homes’ architecture and what

key characteristics make each home unique and different. Not only was she raised in a

construction business family, but she also worked alongside her dad for 4 years and knows what

goes into homes and buildings. Lucia blames her work ethic and knowledge on her dad, who

she is proud to say, has taught her so much.

Lucia grew up just a few blocks away from Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City, Michigan. She has

extensive knowledge about Lake Charlevoix, and the shorelines of this lake, especially. Lucia

truly appreciates where we live. She involves herself in many things to enjoy the beauty of the

area we live in. Lucia loves to snowmobile the Upper Peninsula, hunt in pristine areas, and fish

in the Caribbean-blue waters of Sturgeon Bay. She also enjoys boating on Lake Charlevoix and

cherishes her time spent at the farm with her horse.
